![]() ![]() For Education, Adobe Captivate for Teams is a better choice. You can always contact me privately for that. Articulate Storyline and Articulate 360 is ideal for industries like Education. I will not publicly tell what users leaving SL told me as reasons, don’t think that to be appropriate. The roundtripping with Photoshop, integration with Audition, Illustrator (for SVG) and PhoneGap (for mobile apps) is a Captivate feature not much talked about but indispensable for my work. Personally I don’t like the lack of Library in SL projects, nor the lack of real reusability features (like that library, shared actions). ![]() The differences between those workfows, have a look at: ![]() It has three ways to publish for all devices: rescalable HTML (also available in SL), Fluid Boxes (not sure but kind of that workflow also exists in SL) and Breakpoint Views (not available in SL). If you want responsive projects, keep to Captivate. If you want to convert PPT’s to eLearning, SL has its advantages over Captivate. I have been doing this years ago with a Lectora expert. You already know that I know Captivate rather well. Does StoryLine offer the possibility to embed 360 mages/videos and add hotspots/quiz slides A good comparison between the two tools would only be possible if real experts would show different workflows. I can only tell you what I hear from users coming back to Captivate from SL and what is found on their site. Had proposed that years ago (did such a live comparison once with a Lectora expert), but the answer from Articulate remained negative. A good comparison would only be possible if you have two experts of the same level one for Captivate, and one for StoryLine. ![]()
